Position Overview

We are hiring capital-backed currency traders to trade forex and crypto markets using firm capital. This is a performance-based opportunity with a clear path to scaling your capital allocation, giving you the resources to trade professionally without putting your own capital at risk.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Execute forex and crypto trades using firm capital and a documented trading plan
• Synthesize macro data, central bank guidance, and intermarket signals into actionable views
• Apply technical frameworks — trend, mean reversion, or breakout — consistent with your edge
• Manage open positions through partials, trailing stops, and disciplined exit rules
• Maintain a structured trade journal to drive continuous improvement in your process
• Participate in optional trader collaboration channels to broaden perspective

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience trading derivatives or currency markets
• Solid understanding of execution quality, slippage, and fee impact on results
• Ability to operate inside firm risk guidelines while maintaining trading autonomy
• Self-directed work style with strong personal accountability
• Reliable computer hardware and a redundant high-speed internet setup preferred
• Familiarity with one or more major trading platforms is welcomed

Position Details

• 1099 contractor engagement with complete autonomy over your trading approach
• Performance-based pay only — profit splits from 60% to 90% across tiers
• Starting firm capital up to $50,000, with documented progression to $500,000+
• 100% remote work with traders distributed across multiple regions worldwide
• Capital reviews on a recurring schedule so consistent traders can scale rapidly
• Promotion paths and additional incentives detailed during the interview process
