Position Overview

We are hiring capital-backed traders to trade equities and options using firm capital. This is a performance-based opportunity with a clear path to scaling your capital allocation, giving you the resources to trade professionally without putting your own capital at risk.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings
• Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits
• Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits
• React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices
• Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight
• Tap into the firm's community of options traders for collaboration when useful

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active trading in options, forex, or related markets
• Strong intuition for risk and the discipline to act on it consistently
• Comfort operating in volatile or uncertain market regimes
• Coachable and motivated to improve through review and iteration
• Trading-capable workstation with stable internet connectivity
• Bonus: experience using charting tools, backtesters, or automated execution platforms

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) with no fixed salary and no profit cap
• Earn 65–90% of trading profits, with splits stepping up at each tier of the program
• Trade up to $50,000 of firm capital from day one, scalable to $500,000+ over time
• Fully remote and asynchronous — trade when the market and your edge align
• Capital increases evaluated every two months based on documented performance
