Position Overview

We are looking for crypto and forex traders to join our structured capital program. You will receive firm-backed capital to trade currency and digital asset markets, with structured risk parameters, professional coaching, and performance-based profit splits that reward consistency.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Trade major and cross currency pairs across the London, New York, and Asian sessions
• Build a macro-aware market view using rate differentials, growth data, and risk sentiment
• Use technical levels and price-action confirmation to time precise entries and exits
• Maintain strict position sizing and leverage discipline appropriate to FX volatility
• Track and review every trade with attention to expectancy, win rate, and slippage
• Engage with peer traders to stress-test theses and refine market views

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of options, equity, forex, or crypto trading experience
• Understanding of leverage, margin, and risk control across asset classes
• Demonstrated ability to follow a trading plan and avoid emotional decisions
• Strong desire to develop into a consistent, capital-efficient trader
• Stable trading environment — hardware, internet, and quiet workspace
• Experience with broker APIs, scripting, or quant tools is helpful but optional

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) role with results-only compensation
• Profit splits range from 60% to 90% based on your performance tier
• Begin with up to $50,000 in firm capital, with structured scaling to $500,000+
