Position Overview

We are looking for currency traders to participate in our capital allocation program. You will receive firm-backed capital to trade forex and cryptocurrency markets, with a clear path to scaling your allocation based on consistent performance and disciplined risk management.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Trade global currency and digital asset markets with firm-allocated capital
• Monitor economic releases, monetary policy decisions, and risk-on/off market regimes
• Combine technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability trade setups
• Manage exposure across pairs and time horizons with disciplined risk parameters
• Review session-by-session performance and adjust trading approach based on data
• Optionally collaborate with fellow currency and crypto traders within the firm

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consistent trading activity in options, equities, forex, or crypto
• Understanding of risk-reward, position sizing, and probability-based thinking
• Composure and emotional discipline during drawdowns and volatile sessions
• Commitment to continuous learning and structured trade reviews
• Personal workstation and reliable connectivity to support active trading hours
• Any quantitative, scripting, or backtesting experience is a meaningful plus

Position Details

• 1099 independent contractor engagement with no salary cap on earnings
• Profit splits begin at 60% and scale to 90% as you progress through firm tiers
• Initial firm capital allocation up to $50,000, with scaling to $500,000+
• Trade currencies and crypto from anywhere with a stable internet connection
• Capital reviews occur on a regular two-month cadence for qualifying traders
• Tier mechanics, scaling timelines, and incentives covered during interviews
